Job Summary

The Clinical Program Manager will be responsible for supporting and managing Solera’s clinical programs, ensuring their effectiveness, evaluating network partners, and integrating evidence-based insights into the organization. This role will play a key part in clinical program design, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), and translating clinical findings into actionable strategies for stakeholders across Solera.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

  • Organize and synthesize evidence of clinical impact, interpret clinical data, and effectively translate findings across the organization to support decision-making.
  • Manage the evaluation process for new and existing network partners to determine their fit within Solera’s clinical network.
  • Oversee HEOR initiatives and conduct basic program evaluations to assess clinical and financial impact across Solera’s network.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and strategy, to translate clinical insights into business strategies.
  • Support the development and enhancement of Solera’s clinical program framework to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor emerging clinical trends, guidelines, and innovations to inform program improvements and future network partner selection.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Required in a relevant field such as public health, health economics, healthcare administration, clinical science, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s Degree: Preferred in fields like MPH, MHA, MS, or similar.
  • Clinical Background: A plus but not required. This includes qualifications such as RN, PharmD, MD, or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital health, clinical program management, HEOR, or healthcare consulting.
    • Proven track record in managing clinical programs and evaluating healthcare partnerships.
    • Experience with HEOR methodologies and program evaluation techniques.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, particularly in clinical outcomes and health economics.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively translate clinical insights to non-clinical teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and evaluate complex healthcare partnerships with a structured, evidence-based approach.
    • Knowledge of digital health, population health management, and value-based care models.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or clinical fields (e.g., CPHQ) are advantageous.

Travel

  • This is a remote position and must be located within the United States.
  • Occasional domestic travel required (up to 5 -10%) for business needs.
