We’re looking for a Working Student - Finance Operations to join our team and embark on this journey with us.

What is the role about? 

• You are an integral part of the finance team and contribute to the organization and execution of daily operations
• You either handle customer billing and refunds or verify supplier invoices and process their timely payment
• You work closely with our key stakeholders (such as Sales and Customer Service) in order to resolve queries and clarify account balances, including of customers or our international suppliers
• You work within our system, guarantee the financial success of our operations, and are in close contact with our finance managers

What will you need to be successful? 

• You are currently completing a degree in business administration, tourism, finance, or a comparable course of study
• You are available for 20 hours per week
• You are good with numbers and ideally have already gained some experience in finance
• You work accurately, conscientiously, and with team spirit
• You are comfortable with MS Office suite (especially Excel) and cloud-based solutions such as Google Sheets
• You are fluent in English. German is a plus
• You have a background in tourism or are eager to learn more about this industry
• And last but not least, a love for travel!
