Role Purpose:
As a Sales Development Executive for If Only, you will be responsible for driving luxury travel sales through key travel agent partners across the North West. You will build strong relationships, provide training and support, and deliver engaging sales initiatives to ensure our brand remains the preferred choice for luxury travel. Your role will involve on-the-road sales visits, training sessions, and hosting events, with approximately 30 appointments per week.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Operational
· Proactively visit travel agents to develop relationships and drive sales.
· Organise and manage your own diary efficiently to ensure regular visits, both virtual and face-to-face.
· Conduct engaging training sessions on If Only’s luxury travel products, covering destinations such as Africa, Arabia, Asia, Australia/New Zealand/The Pacific’s, Caribbean, Europe, Indian Ocean, and The Americas.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities to support If Only’s ambitious growth strategy.
· Represent If Only at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, including hosting Fam Trips abroad.
Compliance
· Prepare and submit weekly reports detailing visits, feedback, and any recommendations for business improvement.
· Monitor and evaluate partner performance, working with the Head of Sales to implement action plans where necessary.
· Track competitor activity and provide regular insights to the business.
Performance Expectations or KPIs
· Achieve individual and team sales targets through strong account management and relationship-building.
· Maintain a consistent schedule of approximately 30 in-person/virtual appointments per week.
· Deliver high-quality training sessions to ensure travel partners have expert knowledge of If Only’s products.
