Job Title: Accounting Coordinator
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly proficient Accounting Coordinator with expertise in Excel and QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in accounting or data entry and will play a key role in revenue tracking, reporting, and billing oversight. This role requires a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills who can work independently while ensuring precision and efficiency in financial data management. Fluency in English is essential for clear communication and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry and daily revenue assignment
  • Generate, manipulate, and analyze financial reports
  • Export data and ensure payroll accuracy
  • Manage billing processes and perform data reconciliation
  • Assist with transaction classification and basic accounting tasks
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
  • Qualifications
  • Near-expert proficiency in Excel (strong data manipulation skills required)
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or data entry
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online (data entry, reporting, reconciliation)
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
