Voice Support Representative Work from Office (Freshers) Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Voice Support Representatives. This role offers freshers an excellent opportunity to kick-start their careers in customer service and gain valuable experience in a professional work environment. As a Voice Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:

    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inbound calls from customers.
    • Handle customer queries with professionalism, ensuring clear and accurate information is provided.
    • Assist customers in resolving issues related to products, services, or any concerns they may have.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely solutions and maintaining a positive demeanor.
  2. Issue Resolution:

    • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in line with company policies and procedures.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to higher authorities if needed.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been effectively resolved.
  3. Data Entry and Documentation:

    • Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the system.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer communications and resolution steps for future reference.
    • Update customer accounts and ensure all information is up to date.
  4. Product and Service Knowledge:

    • Continuously learn and stay updated on the companys products, services, and policies.
    • Act as a product and service ambassador, educating customers about offerings and features.
    • Provide accurate and relevant information to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions.
  5. Team Collaboration:

    • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve team goals and improve service levels.
    • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews.
    • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, challenges, and possible improvements.
  6. Performance Metrics:

    • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and call resolution rates.
    • Strive for continuous improvement in call quality and efficiency.
    • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Freshers with a high school diploma, graduate degree, or equivalent qualification are welcome to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the required language(s).
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze customer problems and provide appropriate solutions.
