What you'll be doing:Design visuals that define our brand strategy and establish clear guidelines;Lead design initiatives for the B2B marketing team, crafting campaign concepts focused on generating sales leads;Ideate and design marketing materials for email, paid ads, direct mail, landing pages, editorial materials, presentations and other digital platforms;Create asset variations for A/B testing;Plan and execute multi-channel creative campaigns;Collaborate with B2B team, Marketing Leads, Engineers, Product teams, and other Designers;Own projects from concept to final delivery;Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high-quality deliverables on time.What you need to have:9+ years of design experience at a product company or agency. B2b experience is preferred;Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;A portfolio demonstrating excellent conceptual thinking and execution;Expertise in Figma and Adobe CC and Google suite;Proficient in layout composition;Expert skills for web, email, and print. With proven mastery of each platform and form factor limitations;Ability to rationalize design decisions and communicate concepts clearly;Capable of working independently, managing multiple projects, and thriving in a fast-paced environment with diverse design challenges.Interview Process:Hiring Manager Interview (30 min);Challenge Presentation with Manager + Designer + head of B2B (45 min).Please apply only if you are based in Portugal or willing to relocate, and if you meet all of the qualifications listed above.
