Job Title: Jr. Product Manager

Location: India - Hyderabad

Role Description:

Lantronix Embedded Compute is a high growth with long-term value Business Unit within Lantronix corporate. We deliver products with cutting-edge technologies with a variety of applications in ML/AI, Edge Computing, Industry 4.0 and IIoT.

We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about technology, focused on customer needs and user experience, and takes ownership of actions that drives long-term benefits. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to extensively utilize your attention to detail, organizational abilities, communication skills, decision-making, and influencing abilities on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and maintain the compute product portfolio, collaborating with various teams within LTRX to ensure all information is kept up to date

- Support planning activities for both existing and NPI products

- Work with Engineering, PMO and Operation teams on day-to-day product development activities to ensure issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner

- Escalate to Management on any blocking issues impacting milestones

- Create and maintain reports providing status of all Compute products

- Follow internal processes to manage Compute portfolio through full product lifecycle

- Perform market research, product/technology research, competitor analysis, etc

- Cross-functional collaboration: work with marketing, sales, and technical support to continually improve our product documentation, user guides, product websites, etc.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience as a project or product manager for HW devices, semiconductor chipsets,or consumer electronics.

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline

- Exposure to manufacturing or supply chain workflows
