We are currently hiring a Delivery Manager to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved!   

 

This role is work from home position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or in one of our corporate locations in Utah, Arizona or Colorado

YOU ARE: An experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle management. You excel at balancing multiple priorities, coaching teams, and ensuring seamless execution of technology initiatives. You thrive in collaborative environments, drive continuous improvement, and effectively communicate with stakeholders to align expectations and remove blockers. You understand that every team has unique ways of working and can adapt Agile principles flexibly to meet their needs. 

 

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: 

Delivery Management: 

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across multiple software development teams 

  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leaders to define roadmaps, set expectations, and track progress 

  • Develop and maintain structured delivery plans, capturing dependencies, risks, and blockers 

  • Support teams in managing work within Jira and other project tracking tools 

Facilitation of Key Team Ceremonies: 

  • Daily Stand-ups – Ensure visibility into work-in-progress and help teams resolve blockers 

  • Sprint Planning – Help teams scope and prioritize work for upcoming sprints. 

  • Backlog Refinement – Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define, refine, and estimate work 

  • Sprint Retrospectives – Guide teams in identifying and implementing process improvements 

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: 

  • Implement structured planning, execution, and tracking processes tailored to project complexity. 

  • Leverage a mix of Agile and structured methodologies to optimize delivery. 

  • Help teams break down work into manageable increments and track deliverables against business objectives 

  • Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency improvements across teams. 

 

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: 

  • Provide weekly status updates to leadership on key initiatives, including progress, risks, and mitigation plans 

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear expectations 

  • Manage cross-team dependencies and proactively remove blockers impacting delivery timelines  

Performance & Metrics Tracking: 

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure delivery success, including: 

  • Completion vs Commitment % (Target: ≥80%)  

  • Cycle Time Average (Target: <10 workdays) 

  • Sprint Backlog Horizon (Target: ≥3 sprints of ready work) 

  • On-Time Vulnerability Remediation (Target: 100%) 

  • Use data and insights to identify trends and areas for improvement 

 

YOU’LL BRING: 

  • 3+ years of experience in project delivery, program management, or Agile coaching in a technology-driven environment 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams and cross-functional projects using Agile, iterative, and structured methodologies 

  • Strong facilitation skills for key Agile ceremonies and team collaboration 

  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools 

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills 

  • Preferred but not required: PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification 

 

YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE: 

  • Experience working in hybrid software development environments (Agile + Waterfall) 

  • Knowledge of AWS cloud services 

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and change management processes 

  • Background in supporting teams using Scrum and Kanban frameworks
