The Opportunity


We are seeking an Advertising Strategist to lead and manage the digital advertising efforts for
5-10 brands, overseeing campaign performance, strategic planning, and cross-team collaboration.
This leadership role focuses on optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI while driving
innovation and team development. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping advertising strategies and
ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies to
    align with client goals and Neato’s business objectives.
  • Campaign Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising
    campaigns across Amazon and other platforms to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and
    conversion rates.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Manage and mentor a team of advertising
    specialists, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality campaign execution.
  • Client Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for client advertising
    strategies, delivering performance updates, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and allocate advertising budgets, ensuring efficient
    spending and maximum ROI across accounts.
  •  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Management, Business
    Intelligence and Creative teams to align advertising efforts with broader company
    strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, tools, and reporting
    processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Testing & Innovation: Continuously test and iterate on ad copy, targeting strategies, and
    platform features to remain ahead of industry trends.

    About You:
  • Experience: 4+ years in digital advertising with a focus on e-commerce platforms like
    Amazon, including 1-2 years in a managerial role.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and
    optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Client-Focused: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients
    and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with advertising platforms, automation tools (e.g.,
    xMars), and Seller/Vendor Central.
  • Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a proactive, solution oriented
    mindset.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Cost-Per-Click (CPC) Reduction: Achieve a measurable decrease in CPC for each
    managed brand by implementing effective optimizations.
  • Keyword Rank Improvement: Improve the rank of the top 5 performing keywords for
    the top 10 ASINs per brand, driving visibility and engagement.
  • Click-Through Rate (CTR) Growth: Drive consistent increases in CTR across
    campaigns by refining ad copy and targeting strategies.
  • Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA) Reduction: Reduce CPA across campaigns while
    maintaining or increasing sales volumes.
  • Paid Conversion Rate Growth: Boost paid conversion rates for each brand through
    optimized campaign structures and targeting.

Compensation$2500-$3500 USD per Month
