What’s The Role?
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to own our EMS instance, oversee all aspects of GTM technology, and ensure seamless data flow between marketing systems and Salesforce. In this role, you will own the automation processes, workflows, and reporting structures, driving operational efficiency across marketing and sales teams. You will be responsible for aligning marketing activities with Salesforce data, managing campaign tracking, and ensuring accurate reporting of all marketing initiatives. As a key partner to the SDR team, you will help optimize lead management processes and ensure alignment across teams for smooth execution.
What You’ll Do:
Lead an EMS transition managing data migration, setting up automation rules, and optimizing workflows to enhance marketing and sales alignment.
Own and manage automation rules, workflows, and lead management processes within our EMS and Salesforce, ensuring that all marketing data is accurately captured and flows seamlessly between systems.
Oversee the setup and maintenance of marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing processes, ensuring efficient lead routing, segmentation, and prioritization based on data insights.
Collaborate with the SDR team to ensure smooth lead handoff, managing lead scoring and defining clear lead qualification processes.
Optimize data integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing technologies to maintain data consistency, eliminate silos, and ensure accurate reporting.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure the correct data capture and reporting mechanisms are in place for all marketing activities.
Drive the strategic direction for marketing technology, recommending new tools or improvements to streamline processes and support evolving business needs.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or technology management, with deep expertise in HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce.
Proven experience in transitioning marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot to HubSpot) and managing automation workflows, data integration, and lead management processes preferred .
Strong understanding of Salesforce campaign management, including UTM tracking, cost attribution, and data structuring.
Excellent proficiency in Salesforce, with experience in custom reporting, dashboard creation, and data accuracy in a marketing context.
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and SDR teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of campaigns.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices for data handling across marketing and sales tools.
Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) and proficiency in data visualization.
Ability to manage and optimize campaign structures and data flow across multiple platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and other marketing technologies.
