The Sales Performance Specialist (SPS) works with multiple Community Managers and Leasing Professionals to optimize overall sales performance for multiple assigned communities and are accountable for sales results. As an expert on all aspects of IRT’s sales strategy, processes, and related technology, the SPS contributes to the success of the team through the design and implementation of sales coaching initiatives which enhance the individual skills of each Leasing Professional.
