A Day in the Life
Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) is where it all started in Medtronic. We are designing, producing, selling and servicing implants and technologies for cardiac rhythm disorders as well as heart failure. Examples are implantable monitors/loop recorders, pacemakers, cardiac defibrillators, and telecardiology equipment. Medtronic is known as a worldwide leader in this domain with a large spectrum of high-quality products, both from a proven efficacy and safety point of view. Innovation is key in Medtronic, and to optimally serve doctors and patients, the product pipeline is in continuous evolution. CRM offers a wide product portfolio to (cardiac) surgeons, interventional cardiologists and electrophysiologists for state-of-the-art treatment of cardiac diseases.
You will be reporting to the Regional Business Director CRM Benelux & Nordic. This role is fully remote, you can be located in any city in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Plan and schedule the planning for the Dutch TC’s across The Netherlands and manage the forward stocking location ordered by hospitals
- Support marketing activities across Nordic & Benelux
- Support in event management (symposia, round tables etc), bookings, reservations, registration etc.
- Support in Training & Education events in Maastricht and cross-region
- Support and help organise, plan sales meetings locally and regionally for the Nordic & Benelux
- Support the invoicing of remote care
- Support in printing and disseminating brochure/mkt materials
- Support in answering patient questions from MDT websites (e.g. questions about travel website)
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and know how to navigate in a matrix & complex environment
- Customer-focused, flexible and assertive
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
We value fluency in French or Danish as a plus.
