Pricing Coordinator

Key responsibilities

• Ensure price compliance and Maintenance of prices in ERP
• Take pricing actions to enhance profitability and closing deals
• Resolution of pricing related requests and offering effective price guidance to Sales
• Identify potential quick wins, revenue and margin optimization opportunities
• Monitor and communicate changing market conditions & Performance monitoring of assigned markets/segment in terms of revenue, contribution and price performance across product families

Key tasks

• Pricing implementation in ERP system, like uploading and maintenance prices etc– 30%
• Processing the price deviation requests from Sales team and making price suggestions for Sales to enhance profitability and close deal. – 60%
• Tracking the price deviations to identify revenue and profit leakage points, and take actions to fix the leakage points and optimize pricing and process  - 10%

Key Success Criteria’s / KPIs

• Personal performance meets the annual Revenue management goals
• Pricing processes in place.
• Acceptable outcome to pricing activities and delivery on time.

Work relations

Internal – Sales, BD managers, Customer Care, Finance, SC, Procurement, Product Management, R&D, TS etc

External – Customers and Distributors.

Required education, experience and job-related skills

• An educational background in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance or Business.
• Bachelor degree
• Strong skill to drive profitable choices
• Strong system and data analytics tools and acumen to make informed decisions
• Ability to structure, analyse and communicate findings of a large amount of data in a timely manner

Superuser in MS Office and especially Excel. Experience in python and experimentation techniques an advantage

• Strong in Analysis skills
• Quick learner, driven and commitment

Mandarin, but fluent English speaking would be a plus
