Key responsibilities:
Planning, organising and supervising day to day production activities related to Batch Loading/Grinding (pearl mill), adjustment, Filling & Packing
Focus on throughput & production efficiency by ensuring less production downtime & process losses
Effectively playing a lead role and be fully responsible in leading the production team by devising clear work schedules, giving timely and accurate information to ensure batches meet the planned output dates and make immediate decision if required related to process.
Ensuring batches are produced in strict adherence to process instructions Drive yield improvement initiative and responsible for each batch yield %
Ensuring workforce adhere to HSE procedures at all time and that operations are carried out in a safe manner
Ensure every batch production are with ZERO quality issue Investigate all deviation issue to process, quality and safety Responsible and lead the R-Solvent and Rework consumption into batch as per P-Lab recommendation
Ensuring personal protective equipment are available and of their proper use Identification of development needs and ensuring appropriate development are provided
Ensuring and maintain of autonomous maintenance for equipment and 6S on production floor at level 4
Ensuring good personal hygiene practises are observed in workplace Maintain of output performance report and perform prompt troubleshooting to improve operational performance
Managing sub-ordinates attendance & leave Participating actively in improvement projects T
o follow any other instructions given by superior Any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
Required education, experience and job-related skills:
Advance Diploma or SLTA/SMK with 3 years of leadership experiences, above will be added advantage
1 – 2 years’ experience in chemical plant preferable, but fresh grads with high potential will be highly considered
Understanding in basic manufacturing process would be advantage
Read, write and speak Bahasa Indonesia
Read, write and speak simple English Computer literate
Forklift driving license will be added advantage (Optional)
