Job Description: 

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain New Business Sales Plan, identifying key prospects within the target market in which to sell new software solutions.
- Identify business opportunities through industry-level and account-specific research, qualification and discovery to establish customers’ needs and key drivers.
- Build relationships and manage Prospects through sales life-cycle utilizing Lean’s CRM system.
- Work with Account Managers and Client Delivery Teams to support upsell and expansion sales to existing customers.
- Demonstrate knowledge of enterprise software technology sales cycle management and contracting processes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations that showcase product differentiators and meet the specific key drivers required to win the business and successfully close sales.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market activities and competitor products.
- Provide pricing and proposals as part of sales process, in line with company pricing guidelines and approval process.
- Attend industry trade shows and events where required to build relationships and develop opportunities.


Administrative / Managerial Responsibilities
- Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM tracking tools that provides management with key information and KPI’s.
- Provide ideas and input into Marketing requirements and artifacts that support the sales process.
- Maintain competition information for the business.
- Work with the Lean executive team to manage expenses relating to sales.
