About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team and help solve data challenges that support our mission to protect industrial infrastructure. If you enjoy collaborating with others and making an impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
Manipulate and transform data to integrate the Dragos platform with other technologies.
Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and other ‘big data’ technologies.
Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader.
Support data ingest of network data into the ELK stack (Elasticsearch).

Qualifications:

5+ years building and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.
Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable ‘big data’ data stores.
A successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large disconnected datasets.
Familiarity with integrating different technologies together.
Software development skills in Python and Kubernetes.
Experience with Elasticsearch or similar technology stack.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $192,000
