About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving growth through innovative marketing strategies and tactics. As a Senior Group Manager, Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that generate conversions, increase customer acquisition, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Own the development and implementation of comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and target audiences.
Cross-functionally lead a diverse team of product managers, marketing specialists, analysts, and engineers to optimize the customer journey and improve conversion rates.
Ensure the website aligns with the onboarding strategy, including cohesive messaging, visual assets, and user experience.
Design and execute multi-channel marketing test campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
Provide clear updates on project progress, KPIs, and strategic initiatives through presentations and written reports.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in growth marketing and digital advertising.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, product marketing or related field.
Proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving growth targets in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Capable of independently assessing digital marketing data to evaluate campaign performance.
Proficient in summarizing and communicating completed marketing campaigns to cross-functional teams.
Skilled in utilizing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms for paid marketing efforts.
Adept at using Google Analytics and/or Amplitude, along with landing page optimization software, to analyze site engagement and conversion rates.
Demonstrated ability to build user experiences in partnership with designers.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and complex projects.
Preferred experience with SQL queries.
