The Axon Connected Devices team's mission is to bring transparency and capture the truth of critical events experienced by law enforcement officers, helping to protect lives. We develop technologies and products that seamlessly enable officers to confidently capture vital footage—from start to finish—using a variety of sources. Our devices, such as Axon Body Cameras, play a pivotal role in delivering unaltered, critical evidence that reveals vital details, generates insights, and presents unbiased perspectives.
Device administrators and armorers in law enforcement agencies play a crucial role in ensuring that Axon devices are deployed, managed, and maintained effectively at scale. Your work will maximize the performance and effectiveness of Axon devices, empowering administrators to easily deploy, maintain, track, share, and manage these devices using Axon's suite of mobile and desktop applications, cloud services, and hardware solutions.
We are seeking a product leader who can think broadly and strategically to define, own, and drive the product roadmap, create market-fit products, and grow the product's market share for Axon devices. You'll be a key player in one of our fastest-growing product lines, developing solutions that extend globally and deliver exceptional value to our customers. You will closely collaborate with Axon's successful products, including Axon Body, Axon Taser, and Axon Evidence, among others. Working with a talented and expanding team of engineers and designers, you will lead the development of our next-generation devices.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the entire product lifecycle—from hardware to software—ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. Your work will not only meet but exceed customer expectations, delighting them with innovative, reliable solutions.
Location: Work from home as much as you want, live nearby any of our awesome US R&D Hubs (Seattle, Scottsdale, Atlanta, or Boston) so you can easily collab in-person when it’s helpful and be an active part of our vibrant Axon culture.

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 124,200 in the lowest geographic market and USD 198,720 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
