What you will do:

  • Provide email support for customers utilizing the client's products and services
  • Process and validate GTFS exports to ensure data accuracy
  • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Interactive Maps for clients
  • Configure and troubleshoot HTML timetables for effective client use
  • Identify, document, and file bugs as they arise during product usage
  • Review datasets against GTFS standards for accuracy and completeness
  • Create and maintain GTFS datasets, ensuring compliance with standards
  • Communicate with agencies to address questions and concerns about their services

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working with data entry, analysis, and management
  • Experience using CRM systems or Kanban-style project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, etc.)
  • Experience in Customer Support
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Will be a great plus:

  • Familiarity with HTML, SQL and/or basic coding
  • Familiarity with transit data
