What you will do:
The Manager, eXp Solutions Marketing is innovative, results driven and will lead, develop, and execute marketing strategies that amplify eXp Solutions’ Trusted Providers, engage our agents, and drive growth. As part of a fast-paced, dynamic team, you will oversee marketing initiatives that position eXp Solutions as the competitive advantage for agents and staff. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of marketing best practices to deliver impactful results.
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support a relevant and profitable marketplace, agent awareness of the various marketplace providers, and agent engagement.
Campaign Management: Design, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, web, and possible digital advertising, to maximize ROI.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content, such as blogs, videos, social media posts, email newsletters, and agent success stories, that align with brand messaging and business objectives.
Brand Management: Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and tone across all marketing materials and channels.
Agent Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing resources and tools that empower agents to grow their businesses and enhance client experiences by leveraging eXp Solutions.
Event Marketing: Support marketing efforts for events such as conferences, webinars, and training sessions, ensuring alignment with eXp Realty’s strategic goals.
Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market data to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technology, to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and present insights to leadership and other stakeholders to guide decision-making and optimize campaigns.
How you will grab our attention:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, SaaS, or a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with data analysis and marketing performance metrics.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM platforms, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
