Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Currently, we are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our Shared Services Center EMEA.

This role will be responsible for analyzing data and creating visualizations, dashboards and reports aimed at providing insights to support decision-making processes within the organization. This includes, but is not limited to:
 
  •  Collect, analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, providing guidance to the management
  • Create and deliver visualizations, dashboards, reports that summarize complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Accurate problem identification within the business, using data modelling and presentation techniques
  • Build and maintain dashboards to help business leaders track key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Design and create visualizations to communicate data insights effectively
  • Build and maintain data models that allow business leaders to better understand the relationships between various data points
  • Ensure that data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and develop processes for managing data effectively
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BI solutions
  • Work with data management systems, SQL databases
  • Continuously seek ways to improve data analysis processes, reporting tools, and dashboards to make them more effective and user-friendly
  • Monitor the performance of BI solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Regular participation in work meetings (daily, weekly, monthly, etc. cadence) discussing tasks at hand and issues, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Collaboration with other team members as well as other teams, internal or external, to the “Foundever” organization
  • Close work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and design BI solutions that meet their needs
  • Participation in the implementation and persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology, systems or solutions
  • Automate the internal processes, identify and implement improvements, support the migration of dashboards from other teams
Knowledge and skills:
  • Fluent English - spoken and written.
  • Advanced Power BI desktop, DAX and Power BI Service, Power Automate.
  • Advanced Microsoft SQL skills (Transact-SQL), including query writing and Excel proficiency is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in preparing and analyzing reports
  • Previous experience with BI tools
  • Strong Excel skills and working with Python
  • Strong Analytical skills – ability to read numbers and attention to details.
  • Personal integrity - ability to meet expectations with little supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Solution-focused mindset and strong problem-solving thinking.
  • Confident appearance and way of communication.
Desirable skills:
  • Previous experience in the BPO industry.
  • Strong SQL and Power BI data modeling skills (Power Query M language) and the ability to navigate and analyze complex data structures.
  • Understanding data modeling and ETL.
