  • Ensure timely reporting of key business metrics and operational performance.
  • Model data and metadata for ad-hoc and pre-built reporting needs.
  • Optimize Power BI datasets, advocate for best practices, and integrate AI-driven analytics like Microsoft CoPilot.

This is a remote based role within Spain. Working pattern is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.

  • Collaborative, proactive, and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Process-oriented with strong problem-solving skills for optimising workflows and handling complex reporting challenges.

What knowledge and experience are required:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) with a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Analytics).

  • Strong SQL skills for data querying and transformation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Power Query, VBA).
  • Experience with UI/UX design tools like Adobe XD or Figma, and knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps.
