We are currently seeking a Adobe Lead Support Engineer - Remote to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Adobe's Experience Manager (AEM) and other Direct Market Access products and teams to assist in platform services (install/configure/debug AEM servers, Dispatchers, CDN)
  • Strong experience with cloud hosting and the AWS infrastructure.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Amazon cloud operations and the use of Adobe Command/Control and CI/CD tools (Jenkins) to enable next generation cloud management solution. Collaborate with the teams that provision, customize, monitor, handle and upgrade our cloud hosted Enterprise offerings.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and other services such as Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), Java and CDN (CloudFront, Akamai, Fastly) services.
  • Experience with long term operation, monitoring (New Relic, Nagios, Splunk) and upgrade of AEM
  • Working knowledge of server-side scripting technologies
  • Knowledge of AEM product suite, including AEM, Felix, CRX, and DAM
  • Provide input and leadership in estimating and other delivery process activities and complete engagements following the Agile methodology including SCRUM. Knowledge in the Sling and OSGi frameworks, JCR API, RESTful principles, Dispatcher and CDNs.
  • Installing SSL certificates and DNS configurations
  • Managing and deploying release packages to lower and production environments
  • Managing the release calendar and coordination with application development team
  • Incident management specific to infrastructure and providing resolution
  • Monitoring security vulnerabilities and providing insights about Service Pack upgrades
  • Work in an agile, rapid development, and prototyping environment
  • Drive project scope and timeline definition based on collaborative needs assessments
  • Propose technology solutions to enable the business to meet/exceed those goals

Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience working on cloud platforms – AWS
  • 4+ years of experience and expertise with DevOps pipelines for CMS projects
  • 3+ years of experience in AEM platform
  • 2+ years of experience in operation, monitoring tools like New Relic, Splunk, AppDynamics
  • 4+ years of experience with Agile Product/ Project Delivery
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience working with AEM 6.0-6.5. AEM 6.5 is a plus
  • Tuning and configuration of servers, processors
  • Experience with working on AWS cloud and DevOps implementation
  • Experience implementing technical solutions for B2B websites
  • Experience and desire to work within a fast-paced, iterative development environment, experience with Agile a strong plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
