The Impact of a Partner Program Specialist at Coupa:
Coupa Software is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the Global Partner Organization. Reporting to the VP of Partner Ecosystems & Programs, this role will oversee the coordination and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that enhance the Coupa Partner Xchange Partner Program. Based in Bogotá, Colombia, this individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a critical role in managing projects that support partner communications, systems, and program operations.
What You'll Do:Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones, to support activities across the Partner OrganizationSupport for Partner Programs: Coordinate and manage projects related to partner systems and portal management, partner communications, content creation, and service desk activitiesStakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including the Partner Ecosystems & Programs team, marketing, IT, and sales operations, to align on project goals and deliverablesProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across partner-related operationsCommunication & Reporting: Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on progress, risks, and next stepsRisk Management: Anticipate potential challenges, develop mitigation plans, and ensure projects stay on track to meet deadlinesGlobal Support: Support the global Partner Organization by coordinating across regions to ensure consistent execution of initiatives and alignment with program objectivesWhat You Will Bring to Coupa: Project Management Expertise: Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and deliveryTechnical Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and PRM tools, as well as content management systems and partner portals, is highly desirableOrganizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively convey updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholdersProblem-Solving Ability: Critical thinking and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining focus on project goalsCollaboration: Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environmentPreferred But Not Required: Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is a plusExperience in high-tech, fintech, or other relevant industriesKnowledge of partner ecosystems and global partner operationsAt Coupa, we celebrate diversity and recognize its value to our customers and employees.
