Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a Marketing Specialist based in the Philippines to join our team and drive engagement through email, SMS, and digital content. The ideal candidate will have experience using marketing platforms, design tools, and data reporting to execute and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Design and send promotional emails.
Execute SMS marketing campaigns.
Utilize Canva for content creation.
Generate reports and analyze campaign performance using Excel.
Manage and update content on WordPress.
Work independently to meet deadlines and marketing goals.

Requirements:

Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Message Media or similar).
Proficiency in Canva for graphic design.
Strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Experience using WordPress for content management.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 9am to 6pm Sydney time with 1 hour break
