Job description

Your mission
As a Technical Pre Sales, you will act as an "Evangelist" and deliver both technical and business value. You will support the Sales and Customer Success team with technical questions about the product and help with the creation of marketing content, including information about competitors. You will support the business development and product team in innovation activities and work with our end customers and partners to determine how we can work together from a technical perspective and what challenges we should focus on next for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • You are in close contact with our customers to understand and find out their needs and challenges
  • You advise clients on how to solve their problems with Rencore Governance
  • You bridge the gap between business and technical teams
  • You support the sales team with technical questions with your product and M365 know-how
  • You do product demos as part of the sales process
  • You will help to answer technical questions from our customers' requirement catalogues
  • You accompany the onboarding of new customers by the Customer Success Team
  • You train partners and help them to sell our product successfully
  • You attend conferences and fairs to represent and demo our offering
  • You hold webinars in which you present our product for typical use cases

What you will bring
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the Microsoft 365 world, ideally in a business and IT consulting environment or with a software manufacturer (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform Azure
  • A very customer-centric, problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good technical background
  • You burn for customer service
  • You must be able to work with both sales reps and technicians
  • Good knowledge of the current Microsoft 365 tools and understanding of the Microsoft roadmap and its impact on our business
