This is a remote position.

Job Title: Sales Admin Assistant

40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Admin Assistant to support our sales team. This role involves engaging with prospective customers, managing records, and assisting with various administrative tasks to streamline the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective customers through different channels to understand their needs and qualify leads.
  • Coordinate on-site assessments with technicians at convenient times for clients.
  • Maintain accurate customer records across CRM platforms, ensuring data integrity.
  • Follow up with customers, addressing queries and concerns.
  • Generate reports consolidating lead data for strategic analysis.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Make cold calls to generate and qualify leads.
  • Schedule and book appointments with potential clients.
  • Manage and update sales team calendars and appointment schedules.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks across business units, ensuring timely execution.
  • Communicate updates on appointments and calendar changes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative or sales support roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions.
  • Experience in cold calling is preferred.
