We are seeking a Project Manager who embodies our dedication to precision, creativity, and groundbreaking solutions in the development landscape.

Your Mission: Mastering ClientCentric Project Delivery

As our Project Manager, you will:

•  Spearhead project teams, coordinating resources and vendors to execute complex development projects flawlessly.
•  Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
•  Define project scope and objectives involving clients and internal stakeholders, ensure alignment and feasibility.
•  Masterfully allocate resources and craft detailed project plans to track milestones and progress.
•  Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with updated plans.
• Ability to formulate issues and writing specifications
• Maintain organized and accessible documentation of all formulated issues and written specifications. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and easily retrievable for future reference and auditing purposes.
• Prioritize issues and specifications based on project goals, resource availability, and client needs.
• Employ advanced project management tools and methodologies to track and report on project performance.
•  Maintain transparent communication channels with clients and internal teams, escalating critical issues to management as necessary.
•  Foster and deepen relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and adjusting project trajectories to serve them better.
•  Cultivate and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors to ensure resource availability and timely project execution.
•  Create and maintain meticulous project documentation to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
•  Host client meetings to gather detailed project requirements, adjusting strategies and plans to meet dynamic client needs.
•  Analyze project outcomes and performance, aiming to continuously optimize processes and deliver exceptional results.

Skills & Requirements

•  3+ years of project management experience, ideally within a development-focused environment.
•  Exceptional command of written and verbal English.
•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
•  Demonstrated ability to manage client facing projects and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
•  Proficiency in leading eCommerce platforms such as Volusion, Shopify, BigCommerce, and Magento.
•  Expertise in Project Management software such as Slack, Jira, Monday.com, and Harvest.
•  Strong familiarity with Agile software development practices.
