We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to optimize sales processes, manage sales technologies, and improve team efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Sales Process Optimization – Standardize and improve workflows, pipeline management, and sales efficiency.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Analyze sales data, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making.
  • CRM Management – Maintain and optimize Salesforce , ensuring data integrity and best practices.
  • Sales Forecasting – Provide accurate forecasts using historical data and market trends.
  • Performance Tracking – Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
  • Sales Tools Implementation – Evaluate and integrate tools to enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Detail-Oriented, keen attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret sales data and drive insights.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Tech-savvy – comfortable with sales tools and automation.
