Deine Aufgaben
Focus on User and Revenue Growth:
  • Execute digital campaigns to acquire new customers and continuously optimize user acquisition in the Spanish market.
  • Lead marketing and sales initiatives to exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and leverage new channels to enhance reach and efficiency.
International Alignment & Team Leadership:
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to foster international user growth.
  • Take ownership of shared goals and their implementation, with a special focus on the Spanish market.
  • Promote an open error culture that supports creative experimentation and rapid learning.
Innovation & Impulses in Digital Marketing:
  • Bring fresh ideas and innovations to digital marketing, staying updated on the latest trends in digital advertising.
  • Continuously optimize digital processes and tools to maximize reach and user acquisition.
  • Proactively implement and test new marketing strategies and tactics
Hands-on Focus and Flexibility:
  • Independently execute digital campaigns and sales activities with minimal lead time—results are what matter.
  • Adapt quickly and effectively to new situations in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach with a strong focus on execution—less strategic planning, more clear and fast actions.
Dein Profil
  • Degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field; alternatively, comparable practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in digital sales or marketing, ideally in a scale-up or fast-growing, dynamic environment.
  • Proven expertise and success in digital marketing and user growth; familiarity with common online marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media marketing, CRM systems).
  • Strong implementation skills and a hands-on mentality—driving projects forward with autonomy.
  • Excellent communication, assertiveness, and team orientation.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations and learn from mistakes.
  • International outlook and readiness to collaborate with global teams.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, German is an advantage

  • Salary according ot KV between € 3.950 and €5.296 gross on a full-time basis per month - marktet -based overpayment possible depending on experience and qualifications
