This is an internal secondment remote role based anywhere within one of our European countries of operation. You must be a permanent resident of that country and have the right to work in that country.

The Department
Sales Operations is a team of five people based across Europe, whose purpose it is to enable sales. The team sits within the wider Finance department and works with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Services, CRM Application Support and Application Support. The department is currently going through an exciting period of change where it is exploring new tools and processes.
The Role
As a Sales Operations Executive you will facilitate the sale and renewal of products and services by fulfilling requests to set up and modify customer product access, calculating and monitoring transactional product usage to enable invoicing, and ensuring that data is correctly captured in Salesforce.
The Candidate
Provide governance and auditing of CRM information to ensure the minimum data required is captured – rejecting incidents that do not meet these standards – so opportunities can be invoiced and provisioned.
Support Sales and Finance by collecting and monitoring product usage stats at a transactional level - in (order to raise automated and manual transbilling records – so customers can be invoiced in line with their contract.
Provide commercial support and guidance for non-standard customer contracts ensuring data is correct.
Product fulfilment of customer purchases – liaising with relevant teams (e.g. Application Support/) where required.
Provide governance of AMS data to ensure customers are receiving the correct products and services and that access has been provisioned on time and/or terminated in-line with cancellation dates.
Support the commercial leadership teams to ensure that Accounts and Opportunities are assigned correctly.
Support the Salesforce and KPI teams by re-opening opportunities and correcting opportunity fields where required for financial reporting.
Creation of reports and dashboards that support the commercial teams to manage their customers (e.g. upcoming renewals, overdue opportunities, win backs, cancellation reports).
Support the renewal process for all customers – including price notification letter analysis - looking at Price increases and contact allocation - for PNL’s to be delivered correctly in line with company t&c’s.
Provide usage statistic reports for products where internal users are unable to view or run their own.
Collect/run monthly usage stat reports out of local access management systems – storing in a central area for internal users to access.
Implement changes to processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity (Projects)
Assess and escalate high impact issues to the SOM.
Support the business in the testing and roll out of new applications and enhancements.
Creating and updating best practice documentation.
Good analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
An enthusiastic approach to learning new system skills, experience using Excel and Salesforce advantageous.
Fluent in English, additional European languages potentially beneficial.
