Job description

Basic Function 

Support Wolters Kluwer Health’s advertising operations needs such as order entry, house banner ad trafficking, and creative chasing. Partner with Publishing and Ad Sales for advertising campaign management and sales enablement. 

Essential Duties and responsibilities 

  • Collect house ad campaign banners, QA, traffic, and troubleshoot if necessary. 

  • Collaborate with Sales and other internal stakeholders to manage existing advertising campaigns such as pulling relevant reporting. 

  • Ad Sales billing support. Pull reports as needed and reconcile delivery with booked revenue. 

  • Prioritize projects and manage customer expectations while balancing competing opportunities. 

  • Engage with Recruitment Sales, Operations, and Product teams to manage Recruitment feed by collecting creative, connecting with clients, and submitting sale information. 

  • Manage internal client expectations. 

  • Manage and communicate ad campaign schedules, goals, and other callouts. 

  • Communicate actionable findings to non-technical audience in clear and concise language. 

 

 Job Qualifications 

Education:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience. 

Experience: 

  • 1-2 years of campaign management, operations, or other related experience at a Publisher, Ad Agency, or Health Marketing company. 

  • Comfort with data analytics, digital advertising, or other relevant experience. 

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: (First list requirements, followed by preferences.)   

  • Required: 

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.   

  • Ability to understand campaign metrics or simple algebra. 

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 

  • Organization and planning skills. 

  • Willingness to ask questions. 

  • Ability to provide clear vision and direction directly to clients. 

  • Attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines. 

  • Professionalism, integrity, and critical thinking. 

  • Flexible and Adaptable to changing environment. 

 

  • Preferred: 

  • Experience with Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, Madgex, IQVIA, or similar ad tech partners. 

  • Experience in healthcare/medical sector desired but not required. 

  • Experience with order management systems a plus.
