Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support integration projects, ensuring successful maintenance within scope and timeline.

  • Manage the communication and collaboration with involved parties: IT integration department on the Supplier side, Autodoc development teams and commercial teams to plan, execute and report the status of a given task.

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line of support on existing integrations by conducting monitoring and troubleshooting, as well as managing and resolving incidents.

  • Create and maintain documentation for the internal autodoc supplier integrations knowledge base.

  • Identify opportunities in both technological and methodology dimensions to provide ideas for continuous improvement and development of the supplier integrations service to colleagues and management.

  • Understand, coordinate and document integration requirements with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to work within a team of experts.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage expected deadlines in a complex environment. Be flexible in shifting the priorities according to the situation.

  • Consolidated knowledge in integration technologies (APIs, ETL tools, Enterprise Service Bus), integration protocols (AS2, FTP, HTTPS) and data formats (XML, JSON, IDOC, EDIFACT, etc)

  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.

  • Proven experience as an integrations analyst, business analyst, 2nd line support or similar.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and proactiveness to successfully identify both issues and solutions.

  • Ability to execute multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

  • Experience in developing/using observability tools.

  • Experience in working with integration platforms (i.e. SAP Integration Suite, Boomi, Mulesoft) is a plus.

  • English (Upper-intermediate). Fluency in other languages is a plus.
