The Job

Are you ready to create campaigns that make an impact and bring our Brand Categories to life?

We’re looking for a Creative Campaign Manager to join our Marketing Team, part of the Global Go-to-Market function at stichd. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and managing campaign strategies for our brand partners. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and be the linking pin between the Creative, Product and Commercial Teams, driving campaigns from sell-in to sell-out.

Your Mission

  • Campaign Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketeers and creatives to develop the creative direction and overall strategy for integrated 360° marketing campaigns.
  • Creative Briefs: Develop clear, actionable creative briefs to guide the design and execution of campaign assets, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee all stages of campaign development, from concept to execution (from Sell-in to Sell-out), ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, product managers, brand experience and eCom marketeers including designers, copywriters, and analysts, to bring campaign concepts to life.
  • Content Creation: Partner with creative teams to produce high-quality visual and written content across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, digital ads, etc.).
  • Campaign Optimization: Establish clear KPIs and track campaign performance against these metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to continuously inform creative decisions.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all campaign materials consistently reflect brand guidelines and deliver a cohesive look and feel across platforms.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present campaign ideas, strategies, and results to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and buy-in throughout the process

Your Talent

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in campaign management within a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment (experience with A-brands preferred). 
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • You’re fluent in English (written and spoken)
     

This role is based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
