This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in the following locations: Texas, Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, South Carolina, Washington, Wisconsin, and Florida.

 

Your Day-to-Day
  • Campaign Execution: Create and successfully execute detailed ABM campaign plans, including project management, content development, and analytics
  • Performance Optimization:  Track KPIs and make data-driven decisions to optimize our campaigns, including performance analysis, CRM management, and ongoing reporting
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven adjustments to maximize campaign effectiveness and return on investment
  • Testing: Conduct A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user experience analysis to identify barriers to conversion and implement strategic improvements that enhance user engagement and drive higher conversion rates
  • Strategy Development: Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across ads, social media, the company website, email, and other platforms.
  • Business Acumen: Conduct thorough analyses of ideal customer profiles, competitors, pricing, and other relevant trends within our target market.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor ads, SEO, website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $76,661 to $88,500 + benefits. This position is eligible for performance-based compensation with OTE of $110,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
