About The Role

As the GTM Systems Engineer you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring Fundraise Up’s Salesforce environment is a strategic enabler of our business goals. Reporting to the Senior Manager of GTM Systems & Operations, you’ll play a critical role in designing, optimizing, and scaling our Salesforce platform to support a rapidly growing organization. Your impact will extend beyond system maintenance—you’ll serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business, translating their needs into technical solutions that drive efficiency, data accuracy, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior administrator and strategic owner of Fundraise Up’s Salesforce environment.

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, workflows, automation (Flows), and third-party integrations.

• Develop advanced reporting and dashboard solutions that provide actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.

• Own user management, including role hierarchies, permissions, and security settings, ensuring compliance and system integrity.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner and Operations teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

• Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert, advising on best practices and enabling teams to maximize the platform’s potential.

• Support release management, including sandbox refreshes, UAT, and deployment planning.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust governance frameworks, audits, and automated processes.

• Manage large-scale data migration projects using tools like Data Loader or ETL platforms.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• Deep proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and hands-on experience with Flows, custom objects, and advanced automations.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and system integrations.

• Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator Certification or additional certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder) are a strong plus.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with tools like Gong, Clay, Salesloft, and other revenue operations platforms is preferred.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
