Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through outbound sales efforts.
Shallow Discovery & Meeting Booking: Conduct initial discovery conversations to qualify prospects and schedule meetings with senior executives.
Executive Engagement: Build relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers, including Heads of Corporate Affairs and Operations.
Industry Focus: Target businesses in retail and trade sectors, understanding their unique challenges and positioning our solutions effectively.
Sales Enablement: Work closely with the marketing team to leverage campaigns and resources for lead generation.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach efforts, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
Sales Experience: 1-2 years in a similar SDR or business development role, ideally in SaaS or digital workplace solutions.
Strong Communication: Confident in handling conversations with senior executives and decision-makers.
Curiosity & Coachability: A willingness to learn, adapt, and refine sales techniques.
Resilience & Discipline: Ability to maintain a high level of outreach activity while managing rejection effectively.
Growth Mindset: This role offers a clear progression path into a Junior Account Executive position for high performers.

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer.
