Salary Range:
up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage CRM tasks, schedule conversations, and support the overall sales process. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in engaging with prospects, facilitating smooth handoffs with other teams, and helping drive business growth. This is a full-time role, with working hours from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Engagement: Engage and schedule conversations with ideal-fit prospects already in our CRM.
  • CRM Management: Manage CRM tasks, ensuring a clear next step and no overdue tasks.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales process by facilitating conversations and ensuring smooth handoffs to the Delivery and Operations teams.
  • Outbound Calls: Pick up the phone and call prospects to accelerate the sales process.
  • AI Tools: Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Communication: Manage inbound inquiries via HubSpot chat and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Reporting: Maintain up-to-date scorecards and provide regular reports.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably with CRM tools (HubSpot).
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with project management platforms (ClickUp is a bonus), proficiency with spreadsheets.
  • Attributes: Ambitious, detail-oriented, energetic, and organized.
  • Sales Focus: Motivated to learn and grow in a sales environment.


Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp project management platform.
  • Previous account executive experience.
