Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: 9AM-6PM UK time with 1-hour unpaid break

Overview:

We are looking for a Client Relations Coordinator who is an excellent communicator with strong people skills. This role involves engaging with clients and prospects, building relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience for event attendees. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and able to add a personal touch to interactions while managing administrative tasks related to client engagement and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain conversations with clients and prospects, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with organizing and managing networking events, including arranging transportation for attendees to minimize dropouts.
  • Relationship Management: Develop rapport with clients, address their concerns, and facilitate introductions to key team members.
  • Logistics & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related queries, ensuring attendees receive necessary details (e.g., transportation, schedules, and special arrangements).
  • Support & Administration: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, HR) to streamline communication and ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance: Identify opportunities for improving client experience and event engagement, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and key departments to facilitate sponsor and client introductions, enhancing partnerships and event participation.


Requirements
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging tone.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build genuine relationships.
  • Experience in customer service, client relations, or event coordination is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various client touchpoints efficiently.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across teams.
