Job Title: HR Technical Associate, Success Factors

Location:  Remote/Philippines

Reports to: Director, HR Systems, Process & Operations 

About the Role

 

As an HR Technical Associate specializing in SuccessFactors, you will be responsible for providing "level 1" technical support, administration, configuration, testing, and implementation of various SAP SuccessFactors modules. This role is crucial in managing all incoming service desk tickets from users, ensuring timely and customer-focused resolutions.

Ultimately, you will utilize your skills to optimize our HR processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

       Assist the HR technical solutions team in the administration, configuration, and implementation of various SAP SuccessFactors modules.

       Support users by troubleshooting issues within the SAP SuccessFactors system, monitoring, and escalating ServiceNow tickets.

       Undertake small to mid-scale initiatives: document requirements, configure and test prototypes, plan for and conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing.

       Participate in release and upgrade planning and execution.

       Document system processes, configurations, and changes.

       Generate ad hoc reports as needed.

       Back-up coverage for other team members as necessary.

Qualifications:

       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

       Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Associate or similar role/experience (2+ years).

       Experience in at least one full lifecycle of an SAP SuccessFactors implementation is essential.

       Experience with SuccessFactors system configuration and testing is essential.

       Good understanding of HR processes and workflows.

       Solid collaboration skills to communicate, learn from, and take input from different stakeholders, with project management skills as an asset.

       Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

       SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
