Work Experience: 5+ years of total industry experience, including 3-5 years in core product/project management.

Specific Job Responsibilities:
Program Management:
Serve as the Point of Contact (POC) for project intake.
Management Level point of contact for all program related deliverables and timelines for both Manufacturer and Enterprise Level Customers.
Serve as Business Analyst (BA) for break/fix/support items that require development.
Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring they meet or exceed expectations.
Host and manage weekly meetings, both operational and project-based.
Assist with Quality Assurance (QA) as needed.
Create workflow documentation.
Manage release lifecycle.
Align cross-functional teams across multiple organizations.
Customer Engagement:
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with program management services and deliverables.
Proactively resolve critical issues and develop strong relationships.
Analyze program metrics and trends to evaluate overall program success.
Organize and moderate regular check-ins with customer stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with IDS and delivered solutions.
Prepare and distribute various reports and updates on program status to various audiences.
Team Engagement:
Organize program team meetings and communications to keep team members informed and engaged.
Support team members and establish healthy, collaborative relationships.
Maintain enthusiasm, energy, and focus in various circumstances.
Translate purpose and vision into clear goals for the team.
Ensure every team member is aligned and moving in the right direction.
Foster a creative atmosphere for innovation while holding team members accountable for smart decisions and customer-focused results.
Interface with various functional groups, program/project teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize program effectiveness.
Work with the sales and management team as the internal and external spokesperson for programs.
Plan and deliver internal and external program communications through various channels.
Ensure clear and consistent information is distributed to stakeholders.
Performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Timely development and maintenance of project plans and schedules.
Effective management of programs/projects within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters.
Customer satisfaction with program management services and deliverables.
Resolution of critical issues proactively and in a timely manner.
Successful analysis of program metrics and trends.
Successful organization and moderation of regular check-ins with customer stakeholders.
Positive feedback and engagement levels from the program team.
Successful delivery of internal and external program communications.
Alignment of team members with program goals and customer-focused results.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve project goals.

The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors.
Other Compensation (US Only):
This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.
Full time employees will also be eligible for enrollment in a wide range of choices of benefits , including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k) participation (with company match).
The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
