Portfolio Management Prof 2 collaborates with enterprise IT teams to ensure TLM execution aligns with technology roadmaps and runways. Work assignments vary widely and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. Importance is given to understanding big picture thinking to assess analytics and be able to tell a story with the data, that accompanies design and development of dashboards, scorecards, roadmaps, etc.
Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) aligns with and delivers on our IT Strategy by driving agility and delivering greater business value through timely technology adoption with a focus on ability to stay current and assess status within the lifecycle of vendor supplied third party technology, including Cloud providers.
This role will support technology lifecycle management by providing transparency into technology to ensure accurate monitoring and reporting on technology lifecycle initiatives. That includes organizing and prioritizing TLM data based on IT Strategy, strategic roadmap, operating objectives, and defined roadmaps including the data linkage to TLM work being performed by the enterprise.
This individual will follow established guidelines/procedures, and must be able to make decisions regarding your own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a variety of dashboards, scorecards, and reports to provide clear visibility into metrics pertaining to asset end of life, vulnerabilities, aging hardware, and progress against tech initiatives
- Design, maintain, and publish technology lifecycle roadmaps that are multi-year depictions of planned updates or conversions
- Raise awareness and provide guidance to TLM team for potential reporting automation opportunities
- Monitor status for inflight lifecycle initiatives to provide monthly progress and enterprise completions rates against the published OKRs
- Ensure metrics and scorecards identify level of lifecycle policy compliance and raise awareness when potential issues arise
- Participate in development of technology planning and impact analysis to publish accurate metrics
- Rationalize asset data to define and plan technology initiatives with EoL impact
- Ensure initiative metrics and reporting are accessible, consumable and useful to stakeholders

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Strong analytics and report writing experience that defines clear measures and tell a story
- Proficient in Excel, and other data analytics tools such as Power BI
- Motivated self-starter and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet compressed deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with technology lifecycle and asset portfolio management
- Experience with ServiceNow modules (PPM, APM, SAM, HAM, TPM, TRM)
- Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
- Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$80,900 - $110,300 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
