We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager with a strong emphasis on digital marketing to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving engagement, revenue growth, and brand visibility in private market sectors. The Marketing Manager will oversee and implement comprehensive digital strategies, ensuring alignment with our company’s growth objectives. This role is instrumental in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through targeted and innovative digital strategies.
***This will be a hybrid role based in either our Mendota Heights, MN or NYC office
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for private companies, aligning with overall business goals.
- Identify key market trends and leverage digital tools and platforms to drive awareness and engagement.
- Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic marketing decisions.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance through regular reporting and analytics.
Content Creation and Management:
- Collaborate with content creators to leverage high-quality, engaging, and relevant content that supports lead generation and brand positioning.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.
Analytics and Performance Tracking:
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and interpret data to guide decision-making and improve future initiatives.
- Utilize web analytics tools and marketing software to assess performance and ROI, recommending improvements as necessary.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with company objectives and buyer personas.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.
- Work closely with the graphic design team to ensure cohesive visual branding across all platforms.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Track spending and maintain accountability for budget adherence.
Innovation and Optimization:
- Continuously explore and evaluate new digital marketing technologies and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management with a focus on digital strategies, preferably in private sector companies.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Proficient in marketing software such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics.
- Experience in budget management and ROI analysis.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing plans that drive revenue growth.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
