As we embark on our journey to revolutionize cardiovascular healthcare, we are seeking a dynamic candidate to join our team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

As the Senior Recruiter at Chamber, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top-tier talent who share our commitment to making a difference in healthcare. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and lead the end-to-end recruitment process. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.  

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. 

  • Source, screen, and engage with a diverse pool of candidates across various roles (engineering, product, operations, and more). 

  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates' technical and cultural fit, and facilitate a smooth hiring process. 

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. 

  • Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract and engage with potential candidates. 

  • Manage candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. 

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to promote Chamber as an employer of choice in the health tech industry. 

  • Stay current on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and health tech talent pools. 

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. 

  

Qualifications: 

Required: 

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within the health tech industry. 

  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring candidates for technical, product, operational, and clinical operational roles. 

  • Strong communication skills, experienced negotiator and relationship builder, able to recruit for a broad range of talent ranging from recent graduates to executives. 

  • Expertise in utilizing modern recruitment tools, social media, and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

  • A passion for health tech and a genuine interest in improving healthcare outcomes. 

  

Preferred: 

  • Experience recruiting for go-to-market, talent for both direct-hire and contract roles. 

  • Experience with growth-stage start ups.  

  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies. 

  • Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
