About the Role:

This role will manage a team of recruiting coordinators who are responsible for scheduling interviews at Fetch. This team plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing the recruiting process while ensuring a positive experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.  

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and mentor a team of Recruiting Coordinators, ensuring best practices in candidate experience and interview scheduling.
  • Manage complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones, coordinating with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline recruiting operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to provide a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Oversee the management of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data integrity.
  • Act as the main point of contact for escalations related to scheduling and coordination challenges.
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics to help drive strategic hiring initiatives.
  • Train new recruiting coordinators and maintain updated training materials and documentation.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting coordination.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, with at least 1 year in people management.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Modern Loop, Calendly, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for providing exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in handling high-volume scheduling with complex logistics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and report on key recruiting metrics.
  • ATS Greenhouse experience required
  • Modern Loop experience required
