Position Overview
The Remote Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for candidates, clients, and partners, handling inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. This individual must possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client and candidate inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information about company services, job openings, and application processes.
- Support candidates through the application and interview process, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between recruiters and candidates.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Uphold company values and represent the firm with professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a professional services or recruiting environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Experience using CRM systems, customer support tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
- High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy when dealing with clients and candidates.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a virtual team.
