Key Responsibilities

Be the go-to expert for customer queries, contracts, and renewals.
Manage and support contract administration, ensuring high service levels.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Run reports and monitor invoices using our bespoke systems.
Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Assist with digital equipment configuration and dispatch.

Requirements

Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
Confident phone manner – you love speaking to people and solving problems!
Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, CRM databases).
Organised, reliable, and a true team player.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
