As Solution Architect (m/f/d) you will develop solutions and manage implementation projects in the field of SAP Integrated Business Planning and overall Supply Chain Planning.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and design innovative solutions for SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to meet the strategic goals of the organization.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for architecture, design, and implementation of IBP solutions.
- Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices and organizational policies.
- Leading Presales activities to transfer customer requests into project offers including offer presentation and contract creation.
- Lead the implementation of SAP IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Integrate SAP IBP with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA) and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
- Oversee data migration, system configuration, and customization as required.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective SAP IBP solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, supply chain, sales, and finance to ensure alignment and integration of IBP solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all IBP-related inquiries and provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders on SAP IBP functionalities and best practices.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and conduct workshops to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
Your profile:
- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, specifically with SAP IBP.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing SAP IBP projects.
- Experience in integrating SAP IBP with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP modules, mainly Demand Planning and S&OP.
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other relevant SAP modules.
- Proficiency in data migration, system configuration, and customization within SAP IBP.
- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (e.g., SAP PI/PO, APIs).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP IBP solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment in German and English language.
