What we’re looking for:
This role combines instructional design, training coordination, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration responsibilities. The ideal candidate will assist in developing engaging training materials, coordinating training programs, and managing the LMS to ensure a seamless learning experience for all users.
What You’ll Do: 
Instructional Design: 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create and update engaging and effective instructional content, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and assessments.
  • Assist in designing and developing interactive learning experiences using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
  • Ensure learning materials align with adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and company goals.
  • Review and update existing training materials to ensure they are current and relevant.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback to improve learning content.
Training Coordination: 
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, webinars, and workshops, ensuring timely communication with participants and trainers.
  • Track and monitor participation, attendance, and training completion rates.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve training effectiveness.
  • Provide logistical support for training events, including managing materials and virtual meeting platforms.
LMS Administration: 
  • Manage day-to-day LMS operations, including course uploads, user management, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Ensure the LMS is up to date with current training offerings and resources.
  • Monitor learner progress and generate usage reports to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to learners and administrators using the LMS.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to address system issues and implement enhancements.
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Learning Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in instructional design, training coordination, or LMS administration.
  • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Absorb) and experience in managing course content.
  • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or other eLearning standards.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, Camtasia).
  • Experience with survey and evaluation tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Google Forms).
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
  • Team player with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and evolving technology.
  • Passion for learning and professional development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. ** 
  
Compensation: 
The annual salary for this position generally ranges between $50,000 - $75,000.
