About the role

• As a Regional Procurement Buyer (RPB) you will be a member of the Procurement team and will be responsible for supporting the management of Indirect, Raw Material Distribution, Industrial Gases, etc.  RPB will negotiate purchasing contracts, manage procurement processes and drive procurement continuous improvement for one or several sites in the NAM region.
• You will be accountable for:
  • Negotiating Purchasing Contracts
  • Manage Purchasing Contracts Responsible for the implementation of contracts at the site
  • Evaluate and Improve Purchase Performance
  • Manage the Procurement processes and activities
  • Manage the team (if any) and the Procurement network
  • Develop and lead the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, RFI’s and RFP’s including the competitive bidding process, service provider selection, and negotiating price and terms/conditions in partnership with internal stakeholders and legal.
  • Develop master service agreements and statements of work with SLA’s. 
  • Perform financial analysis and risk assessment to recommend optimal solutions to the businesses.
• We offer limited remote working available however onsite presence is highly important.

About you:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (Procurement) 3-5 years of experience in mining, chemical plant, or refinery.

 About the pay and benefits 

• Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the USA base pay reasonably expected for this role is $102,000/yr to $113,526/yr, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
